Superb

Good place to stay at.

Breakfast was good. Love that this is included. Wish it would be served for a later time.

Not all front desk was helpful nor knowledgeable. I had called to get information regarding my reservations and payment and staff was not clear on status. Also had a fedex package delivered and staff could not locate until I came back to let them.know that I had proof of delivery. Made me late for work.

Very good

The staff was excellent. Hotel was located central to everything I needed to do.

Loved the variety at breakfast and it was different each day. But I'm an oatmeal fan and it was great to have cooked oatmeal and not packets to rehydrate. The staff kept it restocked and clean.

TV wouldn't work with HDMI cord to hook in laptop to do training zoom. The air-conditioner blowing in face at night. Placement could be better for vent.

I booked there, and when I saw the property, I absolutely was not going to stay there. It was rundown. It smelled not clean, and in general was not a place I would have ever of stayed. I asked to have the charges reversed off my card and left.

It did not appear clean. It looked rundown. It was not a place I would ever stay.

Great value, great location, would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very clean, nice touches with water and coffee during the day in the lobby.

The rugs are old and worn and dirty, the rooms have a bit of mildew smell

Hotel area good, needs major makeover.

Breakfast was average. Nice patio and location is good, compared with other hotels around the area is a value one, so you get what you pay.

Hotel is ok. Notice that in the breakfast area the chairs are filthy, the elevator is hot no a/c. There were children in areas of hotel without parent supervision. There's a $100.00 refundable deposit fee. Won't be staying again.

Superb

staff is amazing, room was clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay

location is great for access to Domain and Arboretum, pool area is very nice and breakfast/coffee is awesome. On top of having traditional baked goods, cereals and hot items, they had kimchi and steamed rice for organization that was staying there! breakfast opens at 6:30a (coffee bar was usually open at 6) and on the last day when my sons and I had to leave at 6:15a the staff setting up was super helpful letting us grab some baked goods and fruit to go with a smile on his face and wishing us safe travels.

AC was pretty loud but it was over 100 degrees everyday of our trip

Very poor

AVOID!! Manager promised us a refund that never came

I liked that the rooms had a small kitchenette

We arrived at our hotel room and the AC was broken. The hotels solution was to move us to the Sonesta Simply Suites for one night, which is of lower value (apparently they were completely booked). The manager told me that the hotel would reimburse us that night for the inconveniences. When I checked out I asked the manager about the reimbursement and she told me that since I had paid through booking.com I had to tell them to ask for the refund. So far Ive called booking.com 3 times about the refund and they tell me that the have emailed and called the property to confirm the refund multiple times and no one answers. Dont stay here and dont trust anything they say.
