Family Holidays.

I liked that the hotel is clean, well-maintained, and spacious. I also enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The room was sufficient not too big, not too small, and the bathroom was nice and spacious. Additionally, I appreciated the large balcony and the beautiful hotel surroundings. The food was very good, so basically, all positives.

Well worth a holiday.

Great location, beside the beach. Amazing buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very clean with fresh towels every day. Plenty of sun loungers and nice pools.

The evening entertainment was a little tacky and very much the same kind of thing each evening. The kids entertainment seemed fun for them though. The pools, as nice as they were did seem extremely cold, even the sea was warmer.

It's not the best hotel we've been to, but it was fine

The best thing of the hotel was location. The ocean was really very close. Room was nice and we have beautiful view from our balcony. Staff was very helpfull. They had plenty of food but not everything was good. But you can found everyday something good. The cakes was good. Free parking.

I dont like that they dont have a animation program for the kids in the evening, just disco. Very little choice of fresh vegetable. We must pay big depozit for towels but this is not a problem because they will return the money. The problem was that towels was awfull, very old and damage. Beach is not free, you need to pay for sunbeds and loungers. I didn't like ready-made cocktails.

The middle pool. The water bike class was great. The children loved the water carpet and disco. The best entertainment night was the Maori night. The snack bar was amazing. I probably enjoyed the vegetarian food best.

The cereal at breakfast time. The white wine was disappointing.

Having to pay for a room safe deposit box. It is not clear on the hotel profile that the beach is public and you have to pay for sun beds. All not acceptable let alone for all inclusive.

We were situated right next to both service elevator and guest elevator at a room right over the bar so was disappointed as a returning client that we had such a noisy room made bed time very difficult I asked to move room and even offered to pay more but it was booked out at that stage the option wasn't available It was disappointing when I did request it and obviously everyone wouldn't have that same request Also the pool bar food this visit was quiet stale and never really fresh and hot like our last visit so that was also disappointing

Superb

Excellent Staff, food/drinks, atmosphere (which was definitely down to the staff) around the pool area, including the music. The deepest of the 3 pools was beautiful to swim in. Room was spacious and clean, english channels on TV. Lovely bath.

Flies when I was lying by the pool but I don't think anything can be done about that in a hot place, so near to the beach.
