everything oky with the property, location so strategic, near with starbuck, family n so on, so nice

staff at reception soo bad to me, not helpfull at all, my booking hv a problem but he dont help me, he just let me settle by my self without guide me what i need to do. He so busy videocall with he girlfriend on the phone, talking with her and on the same time he monitor the graf on he laptop, i think he player forex or something. Arhhhh, im so frustrated with that guy, im drive from Kelantan and arived at 7pm, im so tired that time and i got that service, im so bad that dayyy. arhhhhhh he chinese guy, i think management hotel need to do something to avoid this issue repeat again

Disappointing

i only like the location.

wall dirty, side table dirty, light switch dusty, bed sheet dirty got yellow mark and look like a bit dried glue, maybe spermopen it off saw the bed protector stick with so much hair, not sure already how long never wash the bed protector, and the mattress still covered with plastic when the time u lying on bed u can disturbed by the plastic soundthose window or glass also dirty.
