Very good

Spacious room with bus to airport outside hotel, ferry to sorrento above hotel

Right outside has a bus stop to airport - Alibus; spacious, pretty clean, no carpets in the room. Ferry above goes to Sorrento, 35 mins I think. Can see Vesuvius from patio.

Breakfast is repetitive but decent. I guess I cant ask too much since it isnt a 5-star hotel right?

Superb

Comfy beds, quiet and larger room

The hotel has a very convenient location, it has easy access to restaurants, grocery shops and the Metro station. As it was located in a Maritime Station, you can see large cruises near there. The staff was very friendly, helpful and quick. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and larger than expected (If you're lucky, you'll have a beautiful view of the sea.). Very comfy beds. There was a wide choice of things to eat for breakfast.

There is no free parking lot, I had to pay about 40 per night (Stazione Marittima Parking). My mother's room was very warm because a cruise had parked nearby. She tried to turn on the AC but without success then she called to the reception to mention it, they confirmed that the AC wasn't working and they brought a fan for her.

Smart and comfortable hotel.

Comfortable internal and external environment. Walking distance to Metro station. Easy access to restaurants, supermarket and grocery shops. Can see big cruises at terminal.

Very good

The room was a lot larger than expected, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us as we had just disembarked a cruise. They allowed us to hand in our luggage in the morning, and our room was ready before the allocated check-in time with our luggage waiting for us in the room.

The room was very warm. We went to reception to mention it, and they turned the AC unit on from the reception desk. Something to keep in mind you will need to ask for it to be turned on (I pressume they turn the AC off in the rooms during the winter months) There were quite a few mosquitos in both the bedroom and the bathroom.

Very good

Really good hotel, very comfortable with great location

The hotel was great. It had a perfect location, right next to the cruises terminal and at walkable distance from the city centre and old town. The staff were very nice and friendly, the rooms were very big and comfortable and had everything you needed, and the food was okay. Overall, it was a really good hotel!

Everything was really good. Maybe I would add more gluten and lactose free options at breakfast, but otherwise everything was great.

Lovely hotel would stay again if I the country

Too far away resteraunts vending machine only took 5 and 10 euro notes but the the ATM only distributes 20 and 50 euro notes - and pleDr write the WiFi password clearly the @ is lost in translation- but loved the mood lighting - shower door didn't close properly BTW in 126
