the rooms we have chosen were comfortable,spacious and warm

The building has a mix use which is not mentioned anywhere when you book it,It is not only hotel rooms but also apartments and offices.When you arrive, there is nobody in the entrance to welcome you,instead you have to go to the first floor to find the reception.when you enter the room you see that the walls in the room were dirty and not painted for a long time. Many of the furniture in the room also were old and dirty. The shower cable was dripping.In the evening and night only one person in reception/bar/kitchen and many people were looking for it.The breakfast has limited choises and not very well attented,every day almost new faces in the service.One day we finished the chocolate spread jar and the next day it was there in the designated area empty again.In general it looks more like a guesthouse and for sure not luxury at all.

Amazing service!!!

The staff is absolutely wonderful and very welcoming. The best experience so far in Austria. Our room was very charming and the bed super comfortable . They serve amazing breakfast, anything you can think of.

Maybe have an extra pillow as I found mine too soft.

Great experience, authentic interior, super feeling.

Absolutely fantastic interior, perfectly located, super supportive staff.

We had two rooms. One of them had bath in the sleeping area and no privacy curtains in the shower. That would be super cool for a romantic stay in a couple. Until we were with kids this was bit of discomfort. But this is a very minor thing to mention.

Some days in Wien

The cultural and visual atmosphere of the whole hotel, from the front door, through the corridors, till the lobby, the lounge and the bedroom. Everything was so perfect. The breakfast and the meals were amazing. The staff so nice and welcoming. Longing to be there again!

Nice but would not repeat.

Breakfast is excellent. The Chef cooked meals, specially the eggs, were particularly formidable. Fiona, our waitress, was also extremely kind, professional, and thoughtful.

The facilities are not what I expected. The hotel shares the building with active apartment owner/renters, so the hotel has a very Airbnb feel to it.

Fabulous, as always.

I will start by saying that this was not my first stay at the hotel so clearly I have previously had a great experience. this hotel is comfortable enough to be like home but special enough to feel like its a real treat to be so well looked after during your stay. I stayed for a week and after some very busy days I didn't always feel like going out to dinner so I ate in the Salon. Do it! I guarantee that you won't feel as though you have missed out on dinning out. Delicious!

Classy, comfortable, ecologically concious.

The breakfast was very good with ecological and regional products; the bread was fresh and tasty. The tea time with cake was also nice. The Saskia Suite had plenty of space for 3 person and was nicely decorated. The whole hotel has a casual/modern art gallery character. The beds were very comfortable and it was a nice detail to find always fresh apples in our coffee table. I got a nice card and a chocolate from the staff on my birthday. The Salon is also quite cozy, specially in the evening when you can sit to read and have a cocktail listening to soft jazz music. Distance to the museum quartier was excellent!

The walls to the suite next door where a bit too thin; we could hear our neighbours until late during the night or the elevator going up and down, also noise from the street (ambulances, police cars, church bells, ...) was audible. The water in the shower took an eternity to get warm and then got luke warm. It was not possible to connect mobile devices to the tv screen (USB and Bluetooth where disabled) and the reception said it simply was not possible to connect devices to the screen. This was a big dissapointment specially for our teenager.
