Great design of interior, Rose Bar is a must visit, service does not match Six Senses brand name

Amazing location by the ocean. Great room design beautiful asthetics. The Rose Bar is one of the leading wellness facilities with professional team there! Everything operates by an app - which makes communication so much more seamless!

Staff were cold service is almost non existent at the front lobby. Late check in for over 2 hours. They cancelled our final night after we confirmed booking because there is another corporate event.

Clouded by the booking.com hack

Back in September my details were hacked from this hotel through their booking.com system. The hackers had my booking number, dates and personal emails address. As a result I have had 1600 stolen. I have been trying to resolve this with both six senses and booking.com but neither of them seem to think it is a big deal and keep saying it is the other ones fault. Upon arrival at this hotel, nobody followed up with me despite me requesting, I had to go and find management on several occasions. I was then reassured I would be paid back, so I paid my bill at the end of the holiday with this assurance HOWEVER I am now 2 weeks on and booking.com is ghosting me and six senses do not seem to think it is their issue. Neither party ever alerted me that my details were stolen.

This hotel is among 50 best hotel in the world. Very nice facility, nature, delicious breakfast. Highly recommended! There is no better in Ibiza than Six Senses!!!

Disappointing! Despite a beautiful location and facilities

Location and facilities are amazing This is one of the best place I have ever been.

I dont like at all the way they also try to maximize your expenses, they made several mistakes in the bill (bar and restaurant) at first I though that was only mistakes but then after few and looking at other I suspect that was intentionally done For instance you take order a steack and they charge you the entrecte which is like twice the price - another one you take order for a focaccia and the server suggest you a dressing and then you discover it is 18 euros ! Same they have dish of the day but price is not written in the menu those kind of behavior are not acceptable for a five star hotel

Amazing view, great staff

The staff and the service was great. The sea view from the pool is wordless and the sunset is amazing. There are some places in front of the beach you can stay and the view is incredible. They offer snorkeling too. The gym is really big, very good equipments and there is a personal trainer at your disposal. The room we stayed was really big, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was really good. They offer plenty of activities to do, from yoga to guided walking around the island.

At our first night we had a long wait to have dinner. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, but 2 of them were closed. We were not informed about that and we ended up going to the closed restaurants. We waited for around one hour to have dinner on the only open restaurant. There was a dog poop in the garden of our room. I believe it was there for a while and after two nights there the poop was still there. This was very disappointing. One day at the pool we requested a bottle of wine and sushi, after one hour waiting we spoke to the waiter and they had forgotten to register our order.

The super friendly staff, the breakfast, the room (junior suite sea view) and the service!

We had a problem in the room with the water and reported it in the morning, problem could not be fixed eventually but they offered a solution and we are looking forward to are next stay
