The Staff is friendly and want you to enjoy your stay as much as possible , the gentleman who worked at night during my stay is just fantastic i dont have his name but let him know hes great

The common areas are well decorated

The apartment felt mistreated, there was a lot of damage in it and it lacked maintenance. While the employees were nice there was a miscommunication, we booked 2 nights by mistake and since we couldnt cancel one of them it was offered a credit for massage / transfer during e-mail exchange prior to arrival, however the staff wasnt aware of this and due to struggle in communication we never got that credit.

Relaxing. In between the workouts.

Was very clean, lovely staff, beautiful pool.

Just before we left the 3 staff came in to check our room and they charged us as there was a teaspoon missing, But that was the only thing.

Location is close to restaurants. Pool was relaxing and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Poor kitchen facilities. Eg, had a toaster but no knives. No Netflix and poor TV signal.

Amazing location (right in the middle of fitness street), facilities (clean, comfy, long swimming pool), and staff. They helped me with airport transfer, and keeping my bags when checking out as my flight was late. I had a free room upgrade. This is the best value, definitely a luxury feel for a very affordable price.

WONDERFUL ! felt at home , i didnt want to leave

the room is so cozy , it has a beautiful reading spot. beautiful interior. the pool is magical ! i spent all my time at the pool. it was wonderful. the street is just outside the door with everything you might need. the staff are so helpful speak good english and extremly friendly. we stayed there for 3 weeks and faced no issues at all.

i would have liked a bit more cleaning supplies since we lived there for 3 weeks. and i wanted to clean some dishes my self to use. but there was always room service available as well . so all good.
