    Location, amenities and price. We will be back.
    They forgot to stock the toilet paper. There were only a few sheets left on each role in the bathrooms.

    Overall, it was a great deal with comfortable and clean provisions.
    It was within walking distance to the beach and provided comfort of home.
    Would have been nice to have a 4th chair at the dining table. Couldnt drink or eat sitting in the living area. Restricted hours for using washer and dryer caused me to lose several hours with my family on the beach. Dishwasher wasnt working at first due to a latch that was stuck - we got it unstuck and ran a couple of cycles to get the smell of stale water out of the dishwasher, guessing it hadnt been working for awhile for there to be a fowl odor. The customer service team was very nice in the phone when I called in the problem.

    Proximity to a busy road (especially during holidays). Could have used some extra trash bags and toiletries

    Me and my family loved the unit, we spent a weekend in a super comfortable, clean and super well located place, it had everything we needed to have a good time

    everything. it was a wonderful little nook in the middle of everything . I loved it. would stay again in n a heart beat.

    Terrible experience
    No king beds. I have plenty graphical material regarding AC problems, WiFi mal function, laundry machine full of rotten clothes from other guests, a graduation party from 22:00 to 3:00 with more that 25 young people and 9 cars parked and blocking entrance and parking lots, closets full of paint cans, etc. Basically they ruined my whole weekend, from the day that we arrived not being able to park since you had a Air Conditioning repair truck and a Siesta Key van blocking our parking, fixing Ac on the last minute, not being able to sleep either for no having air conditioning, loud music and not being able to simply watch a movie. it has nothing compare to the pictures shown in websites

    We loved the location but quality of facilty was fair for the price
    The location was very nice and easy acess to the beach. Loved the location.
    The quality of facility was fair for the cost, door did not close to one if the bedrooms, quality and quantity of bathroom linens fair and not enough for 6 people. Beach chairs old, the place needs updated for the amount they are charging.
