The property is very nice, I was impressed by the rooms design. It is very clean and well maintained. If we will come back, we will definitely choose again this hotel.

Great place to stay / if I recommend to a friend- yes.

great location. Hotel has a style. rooms are clean and comfortable. So happy we did not stay in Malaga center or Marbella center and found this place. If you rent a car its just minutes away from marbella center

My impression is that this resourt is run by russians,so stuff is a bit ,,russian style friendly,, what means not most friendly in the world. Anyway this is not a big deal. Breakfast is nice but if stay more that 3 days it could start to be boring

Lovely surroundings but limited facilities/ service

Clean and quiet and the 2 cats

The lack of facilities. No restaurant. Breakfast was meagre, staff helped themselves Gratis coffee machine always out of milk Pharaoahs ants throughout complex including our suite Fragments of glass on balcony from previous occupants Spa/ treatments very expensive Receptionist said they could not book a taxi for us to the airport in the morning

Nice hotel but staff and service let it down

Lovely room nicely decorated and beautiful hotel and pool area

We had booked a room for 3 adults We had to ask for additional towels in the room which took a long long time to come. We also didnt see any bar staff the entire time we where there. We also needed to ask for toilet roll as we had run out, again took a while to come. We felt like asking for something was an inconvenience. We ordered food but the food was never brought out to us. We went to the desk to find out where it was and the pizzas and sushi was sat waiting for us to collect?! Check inThe staff need some training Breakfast was nice Hotel extremely quiet felt like no one was around ever

Beautifully decorated mountain side hotel close driving distance to Marbella.

It is a beautiful setting and gorgeously decorated throughout, the spa facilities and pool are lovely as well as the takeaway food they serve on the premises.

The duvet on the bed was much too small for the bed (didn't even cover the mattress) and my husband got stung for a 250 euro massage as they used some 'special oil' but didn't tell him the price so I wouldn't recommend the spa as can get a good massage elsewhere for significantly better prices! The location is away from town which is ok if you are driving/getting taxi's but if you want something walkable it wouldn't work.

Only issue we had was our room wasnt setup for 5 people so we didnt have enough bedding, but this didnt ruin the stay at all and was quickly resolved
