    Cosy bedroom Great location Really friendly staff The bath (like a jacuzzi)
    Hard mattress The most annoying thing was the (really) noisy neighbours above us who didn't care at all about others and awoke us at 2am for an hour as they came back (drunk obv) from a party. I can't blame the hotel for this inconvenience, however I would say that wall insulation aren't the best as we could hear everything (from inside the hotel not outside) despite wearing earplugs... Still one of the best hotel I've been to in Aberdeen though

    Very friendly and helpful staff.
    On the bottom floor with no lifts. Was a struggle with our cases as I'm not well. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the machine didn't work. Heating didn't work either.

    Location is ideal for an over night in the city. Separate entry for hotel guests is great addition. Smart tv for using streaming services. Huge shower and fresh fluffy towels, including make up remover face clothes.
    Tiled flooring through out the room.
