Exceptional

Location and view was perfect. Nice and quiet. Customer service was excellent, the ladies in the front were really nice and helpful.

The bed could be updated and the breakfast was not so good.

Cozy hotel on the coast, stunning view from the room. You can walk along the shore to the beach and pier. Breakfast is varied (scramble, sausages, oatmeal, waffles, fruits, yoghurts, etc.)

There are many pelicans and seagulls on the shore, so the smell from the birds reaches the balcony. If this doesn't bother you, then no problem :-)

I would highly recommend Shore Cliff Hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was great. Our partial ocean view room was amazing. Aleasha the receptionist was very helpful recommending places to eat and things to do. She was very accommodating and professional. This was your first trip to Pismo Beach and we really enjoyed our visit.

The air conditioner/heater unit was very loud in our room.

The free yummy breakfast, the staff was helpful , the beautiful view, the clean pool towels that were ready to use, next to the warm pool/ jacuzzi, downtown pismo and the pier near thr hotel, the clean bedrooms the brunch buffet next to the hotel. Mu second time at shorecliff hotel and will be back again when in town! And will recommend it to friends and family. My friend who went with me was instantly thinking about coming back with her husband to the same location and hotel.

For me the bed was to squishy so I didn't get much sleep.. water preasure was not so great either.

Very nice Cliff Hotel on the beach. Luxury facility. Beautiful view from the window to the ocean! Nice restaurant nearby. Very nice stay, unfortunately only for one night. We would like to stay longer. Rich breakfast!

All was quite well, facilities were in very good condition, but was over priced for the location and for what it was. But they were full both times we stayed there; so if they are full at the listed prices that is good for them.
