Exceptional

I had the best experience.

I like how the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staffs were also very helpful and very energetic. The best thing about this hotel was its location it is so close to Pashupatinath temple.

Superb

Date of visit - 16-17 dec 2023 I liked customer service a lot. They, specially Prajwal sir, have guided me as a family number. Location is one of the best things about this hotel. This is next to the Pashupatinath hotel. I also ate food which was good and tasty. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting for vacation Pashupatinath temple.

The hotel is near pasupatinath temple which is walking distance 2 minutes. The hotel is pure veg as we searched and expected. The staff and respected MD sir were kind and helpful. We like the hotel very much.

Walkable distance to Pashupatinath temple and very close to the airport

The room given to me was not clean at all, it had small cockroaches and flies. The linen, towel, pillow cover provided were unclean and had several stains on them. The worst thing about the room was that the ventilation outlet of the toilet would open inside the room! No wonder the room was smelly, damp and had insects! The staff wasnt concerned about the complaints at all. The person who managed the check out at reception was only concerned about money, charged extra for the room and did not even return proper change.
