The only downside is its location, which is a bit far from the city. Despite this, guests highly recommend the resort and plan to return.

Fabulous short stay and cant wait to come back again

Staff were excellent very friendly and made to feel very special. Breakfast has large variety. Lovely beach and pool area. Japanese restaurant is excellent

I will not be returning back to this place.

The front view and beachfront of the property were nice. The staff were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, thats all there is to it.

The first room assigned to us the air conditioner did not function for 2 days before they moved us into a new room. They gave us a free wine bottle for that issue. The in room dining was average. Unfortunately, Cebu in general is only good for whale shark watching, everything else is terrible because the hotel is hours away from any activity. The front desk wont even hold food I ordered in the front desk.

Hotel had amazing stuff.

The location, although the hotel is less than 20 min from airport but there is place where every day you need to wait for more than 30 min in traffic. That killed many good things about the hotel. While coming back from South kids are often tired and you feel like going back to hotel room to give them comfort. However every evening you will be stuck there for 30 over min.

My family and I had a great stay but check-in and check-out process could have been better.

- The staff were all polite and respectful. - The room was spacious. It has a separate bath and toilet. It also has a bathtub. - Cascading pools

- The check-in and check-out process takes a lot of time. - The room we were allocated was in tower C. Tower C does not have lift to go down to the pool/restaurants. We have to walk to tower A to take the lift from tower C.

Too bad about the grren led strobe lights above the bed

It was a modern, clean full service resort. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The breakfast was the best Ive had anywhere in the Philippines. The pools are nice as well and I enjoyed the clean and well appointed workout room.

I would have rated all perfect ratings except for one big problem. There are green led strobe lights above the bed. Every five seconds a bright green flash fills the room, and even penetrates my eyelids. Sleeping was not at easy at this place and I will not be back. I had to turn the a/c on high and get the room cold enough to hide under the blankets. This is a huge problem and when I told staff they all said they heard this before. I know smoke detectors need an indicator light, but really? I know no management staff has never had to endure a night under one of these flashing bright lights, or otherwise the problem would be rectified. I would advise to avoid this property if you value restful sleep.
