I stayed here on the way to Florida and on the way back. Both times I had different charges on my card that nobody could figure out why. First, I get there and was to told the incidental fee had went from 50 to $100 per room. When I get my bill, the bill still listed $50 per room per night. In the middle of the night I got some odd charge, and nobody knew why that happened. On the way back home I stopped here again, this time I was charged a totally different number per room, that was more than the $100 per night for incidentals. And once again, no one can figure out where those chargers were coming from or why. So finally days after I'm back home, the charges are fixed correctly. That would be my only negative, people need to know if it's a $50 hold or $100 hold or whatever else is being charged to their card.

Superb

I loved the bed!! If you don't want to get stuck in your room don't lay on the bed..LOL. Its amazing!!! The facilities were very clean and staff was great! I felt safe in the area as well. Convenient to mall, gas stations and more!

The additional charge for breakfast should include more options...no pancakes or waffles. Atleast purchase a self prepare machine or have the staff make in advance! The elevators were a little scary at times. Thankfully we didn't get stuck!!
