Exceptional

A real 5-star hotel

The hotel in general is great. It looks and feels like a 5 star hotel, which is not always the case. The superior double room we booked was spacious and everything we expected. The lights were great and you could have as much or as little you wanted. The room was also big and comfortable. Something we appreciated was that there was daily complimentary water bottles available. The staff were also friendly and informative.

Nothing really. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Valencia!

Everything, the pool was such in bad state nothing like the photos rooms very small I have stayed in SH villa gadea and that is a 5 star hotel, SH Valencia place is maximum a 3 start hotel

I would not recommend this property for any reason.

We checked out immediately after checking in - rated as a 5 star on booking.com was very deceiving, and their limited spa facilities were excessively expensive with little availability. I have been fighting with booking.com and the property on refunding my money since I left. Very disappointing.

Pleasant to stay

The hotel is clean, has a bar with a super friendly bartender on the ground floor, and also features a gym.

The hotel claims to be 5 stars, but it's not. There's a receptionist named Andreia who is unfriendly, rude, and inconsiderate. They don't pay attention to guests' requests during the reservation process.

First time in beautiful Valencia

The room was lovely. Staff very helpful. Location was perfect

We attended Christmas eve dinner which was disorganised and very disappointing. Definitely not worth the money and decided not to attend for Christmas day. Staff were so apologetic about our experience and did everything to ensure that we were happy during our stay

Lost belonging

The hotel looks nice, mattresses are comfortable, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff were kind and flexible when I wanted to change room because of noise.

When I changed room because of the noise, my new room air conditioning was not working properly and it was super loud and I felt cold. I was sick, so I went back to my old room in the middle of the night not to get worse. I left my electric toothbrush in the room and when I called the reception to get it back they told me there was no toothbrush. I haven't left the hotel in that time as I mentioned I was not feeling well. This is crazy that a 5* hotel can't find a belonging and they don't even apologize. I find this unacceptable, rude and I hate when people think I'm stupid.
