great location , very pleasant , excellent service.

room was lovely, very clean, food was very good, good selection, except did cater much for diabetics.

I'm diabetic , not much diabetic friendly food - too much sugar in everything everywhere

Overpriced but great location.

Pool area was fantastic. Location was great.

Some staff were in helpful. I called down to see if I could change to a pool room and the response was check the website. Other staff were great.

Mixed bag . But overall not worth the money or stress and rudeness of some staff is not excusable

Based on my stay in this room it was clean It was not like the one in the picture on this site however . Much smaller and no table chairs or access to a balcony . Most of the staff were nice , except one receptionist who was very rude.

The room was dated and falling apart bath hurt my feet No bags in bin A leak in corner of bedroom on wall Balcony door would not open Very noisy paper thin walls and fridge Something ticking all night long and took some videos .

Nice hotel in Playa del Ingles

Nice and clean hotel in a very convenient location in Playa del Ingles. Lots of good restaurants around and around the corner from the Yumbo Centre.

We weren't told about the towel cards at check in, so didn't have towels for the first day.

Very good for a 3 star hotel, great location, just in front of Yumbo, with all the nightlife. Very nice and new pool area, pool was quite warm. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast and dinner had a good selection for everyone.

Convenience of included breakfast and location. Friendliness of staff. Secure.

Understanding that Servatur needs to find alternative revenue streams, the charge/deposit for pool towels, use of safe was annoying. The pool should be heated. Perhaps a microwave in the room?
