    1. Strategic location, in the city centre, near to shops 2. Include breakfast as well for the price offer

    Staff is friendly, free parking, good food, nice environment, easy to get reach to hotel - hotel is near to main road,, all facility is near by (restaurant, bank, dobi , Mosque) , Hotel provide payer room at level 3. TV channel is ok.
    toilet cleanliness, need to improve, suddenly low water pressure at day 7. our changed room is small than previous room (changed room due to aircond faulty)

    The floor was somewhat sticky, I found dust on the cup, and the toilet was fairly clean.
