Amazing staff with clean spacious rooms.

The breakfast was great with lots of choice and you could order fresh omelette. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms a good size and close to a supermarket and places to eat.

Sometimes certain items at breakfast looked dry and leftover such as the serrano ham which was curling at the edges.

Good location.

Location, car parking, nice touch, and cleaned your windscreen before departure.

They could supply extra coffee/tea/sugar in room. The coffee shop wasn't very appealing.

Room quality was poor, we were asked if we wanted to upgrade which we did , I hate to think what the original room was like. Breakfast started at 8 which hindered our plans to get up into the mountains to ski . Breakfast was cold had bee out for a while before we got there

Spa hotel, where you have to pay extra for entry to the spa area! Disappointing!

Location, clean

There was no information prior to booking, that you have to pay extra for the spa area, which is closed on Mondays! Had we known, we wouldnt have booked the hotel in the first place. Also there were problems in advance regarding the payment, as we were expected to transfer the money to a bank account, even though while booking the credit card details were entered. Instead of simply arranging the payment via cc we received confusing emails that we had missed a payment deadline. However, upon arrival there was no problem, as the amount had been deducted already.

Passable

The spa is not included in the price, and the acess is divided in small time periods. If you have other plans too, to do in Granada, you will be probably not able to enjoy it.

Enjoyed the hotel and staff while the rain poured outside :-)

The Spa at this hotel is second to none. My wife and I had 1.5hrs in the spa to ourselves, bliss... The best thing about this hotel though is the staff, they were extremely friendly. In particular we had a very pleasant night in the bar with the bartender Jiecob. What a lovely young man and he put a lot of effort in to speak English with us as we tried out our Spanish with him. Great guy... Also Miguel on reception was so attentive and sorted anything we needed with a smile...

Very good

Location was very good. Nice walk to main attractions. Breakfast was good aswell with good quality products. We loved the spa which we got a discount for being guests at the hotel.

At our arrival the receptionist that greeted us was very helpful. After that the others we talked to were not so keen to help. The waitresses at the breakfast were also not very friendly.
