Bad and Negative

1) The apartment is very dusty and dirty on the floor and obviously didnt mop or vacuum which I highlighted and out of the 4 days only 1 day cleaning. 2) Sofa is very dusty and seen better times. 3) Sink is choked despite feedback and not fixing even after we checked out so very disappointing. 4) PLS be very AWARE host will collect 35 NON REFUNDABLE deposit which is insane unlike other better stays which DOES NOT have this policy or 500 refundable deposit after more then 2 weeks with 10 admin fee ( Not refundable ) which again is crazy citing deposit for any damages. I feel this is not necessary. 5) Place to check in is confusing as Uber even dropped us the wrong place as its right at the back lane ( not front) for 1st timer. 6) As this is the sublet from the main tenant ( Sea Castle which they also have the apartments available) , we are not allow to use the pool unfortunately. Only minor positive point is apartment near to the beach BUT its noisy with road vehicles constantly and at times very noisy at night with drunk customers walking passed and sirens. Its pretty safe but still NOT advisable to walk at night. In view of above summary for my 4 days stay will not likely to return as does not seems to be value for the stay due to the dust and dirt + the unnecessary deposit admin charges never seen before by other hosts which we experienced nicely from the past.

Location was great because it was in Camps Bay.

Drainage system. We could not stand the smell from the kitchen. We misplaced our key and slept outside. We could not get hold of the apartment manager, He was not answering our calls. He ignored us the entire night. We had a horrible stay at the bay hotel seasonfind

The view is gorgeous. The unit was more than adequate for the two of us. Its was clean nd airy. Elton was an awesome host!

The sofa is uncomfortable as it must be quite old and sit through. The fluffy pillows on the sofa spiralled my allergies.

Cute clean comfy sea view flat

Waking up to the sound of the crashing waves and smell of the sea air is an amazing therapy for city folks. Clean good sized apartment with very comfy bed, good sofa and balcony seating. Loved the location, 2 minutes walk to the left is the main strip of camps bay and 5 minutes to the right is beautiful Clifton beach. Housekeeper is friendly and lovely.

Nothing. At first we thought it might be a bit unsafe because on the main road but the whole area is constantly patrolled and monitored.
