Bad, not value for money, we regret choosing them for our stay

Waterpark has a lot of options to swim and relax

No towels, had to call 3 times, delivered at 11pm, more than 3 of those dirty. Others cream white. No shampoo and shower gel. No communication facilities, had to use our own phone. No liquid soap to wash dishes, no iron and ironing board. Dirty glasses left in the room. So many unpleasant things, we were even c9ntemplating checking out early. Beds soooooooo uncomfortable, linen was not properly washed. I dont even want to start about back up electricity and the lack thereof. At one point, they mixed up our with another guest. So many other things went wrong, its just tiring to rehash

The stuff was great and helpful, from the reception to the restaurant stuff, cleaners and security.

At the restaurant they had no toothpicks. The place is at an isolated area and free wifi should be included on the amount of money we pay to counter network problems

Too many locals at the swimming pools, impossible to enjoy a swim. The staff is missing? Waited for 2 hours to get the food. Requests made when booking were not respected. Too many monkeys everywhere and stinky smell

1.Rooms dirty and dusty 2. Bed old could feel the spring underneath 3. Theres no double bed, just 2 single beds put togetherone in better condition than the other so they dont actually form a double bed 4. Sheets were dirty, they are off-colordoubt they change the sheets, between different customers 5. Decorating pillows dirty they dont wash them 6. There were stains on the headboard and the blanket on top of the beddisgusting 7. Floors dusty 8. Bathroom has a funky smell 9. They dont charge towelsthey just dry the one used by hanging it on the shower door 10. Restaurant food the worst, they couldnt make hot wings 11. They served warm beer 12. Worst staywaste of moneythe 7.1 rating is wrong , should be a 2 or 3 rating 13. Its not worth it, you will be disappointedzero value for money

It was wonderful, would recommend it to others

Seasons is definitely a hidden Gem, our rooms were beautiful and clean and facilities were certainly beautiful and enjoyable. The dinners was superb, excellent and consistent. We had delicious meals every night. Complements to the chef.

The booking issues and constantly having to provide proof of payment to prove that we are guests there and have indeed payed for our stay and food. The breakfast was definitely a let down. The food was not up to standard and the scramble eggs only option was bad. My family and I had to have my breakfast without eggs, it was just disappointing as we paid R185 each, going to Wimpy would have been better and cost effective.

Basic not for me..

The property is well located and has stuff to do, I guess the water park is the highlight

Well check in is unusually late being 4pm, we drove straight from the airport and was told the room was not ready and they would call once ready. 4..4:305pm no call we made our way to a busy reception and was told the room was ready, we asked why didnt we receive a call as told the reception lady said it was a change of shift and she was not told, get to the room it looks dirty, no towels and the bathroom has a horrible stench that did not go away. The food is pretty basic. The next day we received towels at 8pm .. service is really pathetic, a bar fridge would be nice in the 2 sleeper units. I wouldnt book again if I had the choice. The resort has potential just very poorly run.
