Exceptional

The house and the room is absolutely fantastic. The host was also super friendly and helpful.

It is a bit far from Hoi An center (15 mins ride), but very close to the beach.

An Bang Stay

Super helpful hosts. Took care to carry our luggage up the stairs. She even got up early in the morning to bring down the luggage.

No elevator facility is available. Moreover, the location is pretty secluded even though taxis and food delivery were available. The lighting of the lobby area could be better as there are stairs leading up to the room .

Host was super nice, gave us good recommendation and a nice breakfast. We liked the style and decorations a lot.

Breakfast was not included contrary to what was stated in booking but this was okay considering the overall price. (-1pt) It was the first time we saw geckos inside our room on the trip (happened after that again). A little heads-up would help us a lot since we where just hearing them at night found them on the sealing above our bed and got a little frightened not knowing what these are and whether they are dangerous (they are not, and in general not a problem)(-1pt) The bathroom was in general not so nice.(-1pt) In general I still would recommend this homestay but rather the balcony rooms upstairs.
