The location was great and some of the staff was very friendly and pleasant I didn't like how they were very strict with the food they watch you and sometimes you just want to relax in your room and eat and they told you that you cannot take the food to the room which was very dissaappointing.

Stay away from if you require more

We liked the fact that the beach area was private and specific to guests of the SeaGarden.

What could have been better is many factors: 1. The advertisement on what was promised visually was opposite to what we received. 2. The check-in area and the buffet space were not circulated with AC or fans so you were sweating due to the humidity and while you were eating. 3. The room was the worst, the shower did not have hot water, no pressure on the shower head. We had to shower using a cup waiting 20min for hot water. The TV did not work at all, it was all static or channels didn't come through, so especially after a long day, winding down for the day was static. To add on top of that the beds were mattresses on top of makeshift wooden crates which were visible and wrapped with cloth stapled to the wood.

Alright place to stay in Montego Bay but there would be better options

The beach was beautiful out the front - cant argue with Jamaican beaches.

Make sure resorts are your vibe before booking. The beach is lovely but the hotel, rooms and buffet felt tired and reflective of the early 2000s, particularly for the price. Id much prefer to stay off the beaten track looking back. Prearrange a car if you need one before you arrive, they were completely booked out when we stayed in December.

Good furniture and Christmas decor but opportunities exist for quality and variety of food options and entertainment pac

The grounds were nice and the beach and pool area were the highlights. I liked the Christmas decorations. Effort was put into that especially the Christmas trees. I liked the fact that the furniture in the lobby area and elsewhere was the type you would find at home.

The cleanliness could have been better. We had a big fridge but all that was in it was the two bottles of drinking water added daily by room service. There was nothing to accommodate a leisure experience for children. The food offerings were repetitive and lacking in variety. Five days spent there and curried goat and oxtail were available three days and fried dumplings one dayno bacon was served and no sorrel. The fruit cake was the worst among the pastry and this is Christmas in Jamaica.

My overall stay was great. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Most of the staff were amazing. The kitchen crew and servers were great. The bartenders were also amazing. The beach side was cozy and welcoming.

There needs to be more vegetarian options. Better communication is also needed between the main office staff and the cleaning staff. The bedding needs to be updated as well. Additionally, better entertainment is needed after the dinner. This was my second time at this hotel, and the best entertainment was the karaoke night.

First and probably last visit to Jamaica

Breakfast Coffee and Omelettes were great

Dinner. Not a lover of Buffet Food and therefore attended Italian 3 out of 7 nights but choice very limited as Chatham Restaurant Closed. Not advised it would be closed. New Chinese coming but not for our stay The noisiness at night . Paid extra for Deluxe Ocean Room but noise from Beach Road dreadful until after Midnight and therefore did not want to use balcony and would have been better with standard room. Complained numerous times . Nothing done until I went ibn search of accommodation manager. The Pool Area needs redeveloping. Largely unused and not a desireable place to spend time.

Itallian resturant, room was nice, meals were good from.main resturant, staffs were warm and friendly

Bathroom shower,, blown light bulb over bed, needed better cable service, an elevator would be a plus, internet connecrivity in room wasnt acsssible

Beautiful resort, with great facilities...

Located near shops so could walk around. Lovely property and grounds and well maintained. Our room had a great view. The food was good, with plenty of choice. The nightly entertainment was good too...

There was nothing I did not like.. our week worked out prefect for us...
