Disappointing

The room was extremely dusty. None of the furniture had been moved and cleaned under. We found a medication bottle with meds under the couch along with several dust bunnies. We also found a bottle of alcohol left in a drawer near the fire place. The heating/cooling element was caked on with dust and so was the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The shower rod must have been pulled off the wall and put back without proper repairs. All the blinds were full of dust. I woke up with a sinus infection by the end of my stay. The property is beautiful and we stayed there last year and didn't experience this dirty room. :(

Disappointing

I loved the location

The room we were in was clean and big but on the ceiling their was a huge patch job in the ceiling as if there was leak or hole at one time. The lights in the bathroom had rust all over them. The carpets looked as if they havent been vacuumed in a while and finally we woke up to no hot water and basically lasted a little more than half a day

Meh. We have stayed a couple of times before and were disappointed this time.

Location right on the beach was wonderful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Bathroom was extremely small and tight, could barely close the door when youre in there. Bathroom tiles were old, could use a regrouting. We had a small mail when we arrived at the bar. The food was subpar. We ended up canceling our reservation (we were celebrating our 30 year anniversary ) at the restaurant for the following night. Im glad we did because we tried the breakfast buffet in the morning. Awful. Cant believe I paid $28 a person for that.

Disappointing

Very tired hotel.

The beach location was beautiful. The restaurant was fair, but had a lovely sunset view. Nice seating on the bay.

Our room view looked out to the rooftop & air conditioner. Upon complaining, they said it would cost $50 per night to change. Our room was upstairs with no elevator. We had to ask for help with luggage. No help when we left.
