Excellent customer service

the entire design of the hotel and rooms where obviously for young people. no tea making facilities in the room, no shower caps etc. Massive hotel with lots of walking & only 3 lifts. the location ( road infrastructure) made it too far to walk from the station but too expensive for taxi

Amazing hotel!

I have to say, this caught me by surprise, but this hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staff were lovely and very helpful, the rooms were beautiful and very, very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Top hotel.

Stylish and comfortable (and huge!). Staff excellent.

Really could have done with a pool! Rooms very high quality but couldve done with a wardrobe and tea/coffee

Superb

Comfortable and stylish hotel stay

Very nice hotel close to the main bus station. Rooms are small but stylish and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options.

Location is slightly outside of the city so you need to walk 15-20 mins to get to restaurants etc. A lot of construction work around the hotel.
