Beware of fees and late check-in no show even if you inform them
Good neighbourhood. Pharmacy and restaurants nearby.
We had a dispute to start with. We landed at 6 a.m., so I booked the previous night to ensure we have a bed asap.. We informed the hotel months in advance,and who said that was fine. As soon as we got there, they said we had to pay a no-show fee. They would not give us breakfast despite the fact that we paid for 3 days of breakfast. despite informing them so we paid the fee. We found them to be quite rude. The room was not cleaned for the whole trip. My fiancee had a cut to her foot and accidentally got some blood on the sheets. They then proceeded to charge us 6000 pesos for this. We were not informed that any stain on the sheet would be fined.

Check in and cafe staff are very nice and pleasant.
Towel service is very complicated, slow and housekeepers cant give extra towels upon request.
