Really friendly staff

The staff were amazing, great English and went out of their way to be helpful. They organised a guided walk in the countryside and booked taxis. Restaurant is lovely. Room has heated blankets which was good for the cool evenings.

The deluxe bungalow is so comfy and is good value for money. The food at the restaurant 10/10. The staff, couldn't be nicer. I made good friends and shared wonderful moments. They gave me tips to move around the area. I will definitely recomended.

Beautiful Homestay right in the nature, we were watching the buffalos in the rice fields from Our window it was magical. Nice breakfast and very friendly hosts. The girl (Huing, I dont know if I write it correctly) talks very good English and is adorable

A little bit far from sapa center but you can take a xe om for going to sapa center

Highly recommend

Its beautiful. One of the best places Ive ever visited. Its a very unique cabin in the fields. The rooms just include mattresses on the floor but they are clean and everything you need.

The rooms did smell a bit musty but I really loved the whole place and was amazing.

Great week spent in Sapa Riverside Homestay. Very nice and friendly team to help you out for organizing hikes or any thing else! Food excellent and breakfast too. Strongly recommend!

The location was beautiful and the homestay had a lovely rustic feel with plenty of places to sit inside, the reception staff were very helpful, booking taxis and suggesting places to visit. The shower was hot with good pressure

There was no heating that we could find and when we stayed (November)it was cold! Ended up sleeping in my clothes to keep warm. Also there were a number of local tribes women who would come to the homestay with their wares and relentlessly harassed us to buy things, even followed us on our walk and it took some time with Google translate to convince them to leave us to our trek (but only with a 'pinky promise' to buy something the following day). This was the case where ever we went.

Wooden homestay with alot of noise

Nice outdoor setting with view on the Mountain. We could start walking through the valley directly from the homestay.

Rooms are directly above the reception which also has seating for drinks, diner, and breakfast. The floor is only a small wooden layer which makes it feel like someone is having a conversation with you while you are trying to sleep. Also walls between rooms are wooden. Matrasses are on the floor. Expensive for what you are getting. Also, taxi to the homestay from Sapa is expensive, around 10 euro.
