Definitely not a four star

Nice location.

We were meant to get a garden view and we got upgraded to a room with a view of the back of the hotel. The pool was dirty and the rooms were not sound proof. House keeping work is up at 7.45am to clean our room which was just ridiculous.

not value for money. not a resort! very misleading

location

shouldnt be called a resort! very misleading . nothing to do there! pool times were misleading from booking.com site. says open all day, when in fact they only open 6-9am and 4-8pm! food options very basic. and one night restaurant was not even open! the lights were off! when we complained, they then opened said restaurant but only had a couple of items available! wifi was really bad too! 100 per night for this in Vietnam is really appalling. will never recommend or use again! we then moved to best hotel in sapa, far far better.

The room was excellent, The view was spectacular, it was far enough away from town to still walk and see everything but high up so you got the impact of the views.

The shower leaked onto the floor, a design issue but only complaint we could find.

The hotel staff is very helpful. Anna, the Front Office Manager, has been an absolute delight! Our stay was very comfortable. The location is perfect. Gives you a view of the gorgeous valley and mountains, plus is at a walkable distance from the centre.

Should have more breakfast options. At least one item to cater to Indian visitors as the booking was done much in advance. On the weekend, there were fruits served, which reduced to only oranges and dragon fruit on Mondays. Being a vegetarian, that was one thing I didn't want. The pillows in the room are very soft and not very comfortable for people with cervical conditions.
