The host can speak fluent English, which is very easy to contact with, convenient place.

The warm-hearted host, helped a lot. The breakfast has a bunch of choices, more than 16 kinds of choice can choose from. The location is good, near the center area of sapa, such as the sun plaza.

The room is a bit cold, because the winter in sapa is really cold, it is better to choose a room with air conditioning. The light switches near the bed is broken, so we have to use those away from the bed.

Friendly homestay owner at the strategic location in Sapa

Outside of the hotel is full of hanging lantern which is beautiful at night. Great location at the busiest place in Sapa Staff are friendly Breakfast is on the house.

Probably the steep road leading down to the homestay.

I loved staying at this friendly place. They let us check in really late, and the laundry they did for us was awesome. Plus, everyone had big smiles. It made our stay super comfy and happy.

Warm place very central in Sapa

The Homestay is very welcoming, very central to everything and our room was perfect for a couple of nights. Our breakfast was so good both mornings. The receptionist helped us also with logistics and day trips, I recomment to have a trekking with locals. I suggest this place to families, couple or friends :)

The owner speaks English and she is very nice and helpful. She organizes you a trip/half-day trekking with a local guide (if you want). We did it and I highly recommend it. Food here is very good. Breakfast and especially dinner. We ate here for 2 nights - it's the best food in town! Also the location is great - in the centre, close to Cat Cat village (you can walk there) and you can rent scooter just next door. If you are looking for a place to stay - Sappa Alley Homestay is a perfect choice!

Not ok - was asked to change my review.

Location is close to the center but in an ally, so a quit location. Staff is helpful.

The rooms at the back of the building don't have a window and the bathroom doesn't have a ventilator. So the room is very dusty and moldy: I slept the second night with the door open to get some air. => Update: I was contacted through my private whats-app number after this review, with the urgent question to change my review since it is important for them to have good reviews. I explained that I understand the situation, but that they have enough good reviews and it is not up to us travelers to alter reviews to change the situation of the owners (or renters in this case) of the hotels. Also, I just wrote my experience without breaking everything down, just the situation of a specific room, nothing more.
