Rude abrupt unhelpful unwelcoming

We booked to stay 2 nights and left after 30 mins due the rude reception staff

Nice place but bit outdated, needs refreshing. Didn't think it's a good value for money.

Spacious, nice heated swimming pool (don't forget to wear a hat for the 25m one..), good location, short stroll away from nice beach, restaurants and bars. Rental car recommended - Costa Teguise is perfect base for discovering the whole island. Daily cleaning service if needed :)

The kitchen could be better equipped - basic kitchen knife, oven tray, chopping board... Please, replace the matress - thats the main thing why people book accommodation. Springs had left bruises on my mrs legs.. The bed itself was extremely noisy!! Lack of privacy sitting outside on the terrace - makes you feel you're on display a lot.

Very good

Lovely resort, pools just outside, clean & temp just right. Everything you need, even bike hire outside hotel.

Quiet, peaceful with a gentle breeze thru the property if open windows/doors ( no need for air-con)

Evening meal staff not so helpful or polite, take it or leave it attitude, so for evening - better experience can be had outside of resort. A cafe feel. Breakfast much better approach by staff, happy to help & guests happier.

Everything worked as it should and you get good value for ur stay

I have been here before a few times but this was the first time the pressure of the toilet was so weak id had to stand there for 5 minutes before everything was gone but if your away a lot you wouldnt even notice other than that it was great def would go again

Good value for money. Ok location, facilities ,

Noise from permanent room occupants shouting and screaming every night till 3am. Complaint lodged with staff and it stopped on last night but damage done to sleep pattern
