The staff were genuinely lovely, and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was very disappointing, the fruit was easily the worst we had in SL (not sure how they managed to pick out the worst every morning - almost an art). We tried several of the brekkie options all of them were below average. This was the most we paid for any hotel on our holiday and it was very disappointing.

Had the most wonderful stay - would definitely book again!!!

We loved the spacious and clean room - very comfortable bed. The incredible staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The photos dont do it justice! Its so peaceful and tranquil. Breakfast was great but I wouldve loved a Sri Lankan option.

Dinner was a bit lacklustre & was expensive for what it is. Understandably they are a hotel & not a restaurant but we did expect more. Its a short tuktuk journey into town - absolutely fine to do so in the heat of the day! Always tuktuks around.

A little piece of heaven

An absolutely beautiful place. Very calm (and a bit hard to find, when going with google maps go for Resort Edelweiss to get the right street of the main road - watch out for a big white sign, see photo. Our google maps directed us via the beach :-)) The minute we arrived everything was perfect. Staff is super friendly, the rooms nice, the pool phenomenal and breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from. It is a very peaceful place and we would totally recommend it. Very nice: there was a footpath along the beach directly to coconut tree hill.

One watch out: beach in front isn't suitable for swimming.

Second time being here. Amazing stay. Great pool, very good rooms, grwat breakfast and a large bathroom. Walking distance to Mirissa. Nice sea view from everywhere outside.

A true hidden gem with wonderful hospitality

The wonderful staff could not have been more welcoming and attentive, we felt at home the second we arrived. The food was excellent, the rooms are gorgeous and the surroundings are beautiful. Cant wait to come back one day!
