Nice staff, but the overall feeling was not great

Very good location, close to the harbour and some nice restaurants. Very nice staff. Nice design of the outside space. The Free water in the room was really a nice surprise. The rooms are well equiped and have everything you need.

Some of the bedsheets were stained (even with blood). We had many ants in all the rooms (even in bed while sleeping). Some of the girls from the group heard the mosque, but some of us didn't, so it is a matter of how "sensitive" you are when sleeping. One room had mouldy walls.

Outstanding experience!

Garden with swimming pool, just like a mini paradise. Food is also amazing! The taxi driver who will bring me to the port was not reachable, staffs bring us to the boat, thanks for this wonderful and unexpected scooter experience

Would definitely stay there again. An absolute gem.

Great location, Great rooms, the staff were super helpful. Ayu (lady in charge) was so lovely. Many restaurants close by.

Wi fi was pretty ordinary but everything else great. Just a warning that has nothing to do with to the hotel. Islamic prayer is broadcast over the loud speaker down the street at 4am. But in typical Saka Boutique fashion they provide you with earplugs. Dont be put off by this. I dont think it would matter where you stayed you would still hear it.

The stay was really good. It's a very will maintained property with great staff, it is very close to the port, so it's super convenient. The staff is really good and loved the hospitality. They gave a very clean pool, and very well maintained. Highly recommend the property in Nusa Penida. Overall very happy and satisfied. Great stay for sure.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Ayu and her staff were so lovely! They helped arrange tours for us (Manta Point was great) and also dropped us off and made sure we got on the right ferry. The room was also clean and had everything we needed - it was nice to have a water dispenser and mini fridge. You are steps away from great restaurants and cafes.

Very good

Ayu the receptionist is so friendly and helpful. She welcomed us and showed us to our room, gave us a map of the island and arranged a day trip around the island. She was so kind as to recommend places to eat and where to catch sunset. The hotel also organises bikes for rental. Restaurant attached is very nice and has a great choice. Rooms were comfortable and has a folder of information about the island which was very useful. The location was excellent and close to the boat.

We did not use the pool as it did not have chlorine but this may be fine for others.
