In villa pool was amazing, private and nicely shaded. Villa itself was comfortable, well equiped and tastefully decorated. Bed was massive and very comfortable. Grounds / gardens were really pretty and well maintained.

Villa wasnt properly cleaned, particularly the shower where there was a lot of mould. Front desk and restaurant staff werent overly helpful or hospitable. Very few staff spoke English so was a little tricky to communicate (we understand that were in a foreign country however). Food at the restaurant was very disappointing, including the buffet breakfast which lacked quality and felt cheap. Could not access / download any apps such as Netflix on the in villa tv. Check in and check out experience was rather annoying and time consuming so factor this in if you have somewhere to be.

Tropical paradise home away from home

This was one of the best experiences we had in recent years. The villas were absolutely stunning and offered everything you need on a longer stay abroad - the washing machine was a particularly useful addition and we made sure to utilize it often. The bedrooms are spacious with clever storing solutions, the bathrooms were gorgeous and fully equipped, the kitchen had all the utensils and ammenities you could think of and don't even get me started on the pool. Fantastic size, perfect temperature, always clean and tidy. We stayed for 12 nights and we would've loved to extend our stay for a further week or so.

Most of the staff had a very limited understanding of English, but we still managed to get around just fine. Since this is a new complex with a lot of trainees, you can expect the proficiency to increase in the coming months. Buggies to the beach club and back are only available every full hour, but you can always call and request transfer ad hoc. If everything else fails, you always have a line of Grab drivers waiting outside the resort, who can take you anywhere for $1-5.

Overall, the resort is a great place to recharge and relax.

The villa is great to accommodate a family. We love that its spacious.

It would be good if the room service and the restaurant menu is the same, and the quality is kept the same. We noticed a difference to the food served in our room could be done better.

Luxurious way to finish our trip in Vietnam

Food was excellent. Accommodation very luxurious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hiep was a stand out! The beach club itself was a lot of fun - great fire show.
