Amazing beach, good restaurant, go to bed early, BRING CASH

I chose this place because of the beach. And it extremely delivers. Warm, gentle, clear waters, clean beach, amazing views, a dock, little boats available for you to take. Reading reviews, I think some folks just have trouble recognizing that this is a small, slow island only recently developed for tourism and for the price, this place is completely worth the stay. If you prefer a more sterile and sturdy venue to one a bit more natural, this isn't your spot.

The rooms are a bit shabby. Shower is eh, walls between two sides of a bungalow are plywood, whatever. There's a bit of nickel and diming, but the stern proprietress also maintains a really quiet zen vibe here - she seems a bit steely perhaps but I felt she was also kind and perceptive. Super kind staff, pretty good food!

Decent place for a stay in Koh Kood

Location pretty good, close to restaurants and bars. Highlight was Big Bears House down the road, a great place for food and chillout. Good air conditioning, fridge and a complimentary breakfast included. Nice beach, perfect for the sunset.

A bit old and tired resort. Some renovation would be good. Sometimes bad smell from the toilet.

Sometimes you want a nice resort...

I had large bungalow with sea view. Beautiful beach, nice people and good food. Place bit remote but scooter rentals and taxis!

Nothing special. Place is not cheap, especially of you pay with card but good value.

Location and beach is great!

- Beautiful beach, the property was well looked after - Air conditioning and fridge - Cleaning service everyday - Basic breakfast included (but extra charge for eggs etc.) - Motorbikes for rent (280 thb/day)

- The pillows might need to be replaced, they were lumpy and uncomfortable. - No garbage bins at the beach, they would help to keep the beach clean.

The staff working in the restaurant are always smiling and helpful, they were very friendly with the kids and left very good impression on us. The food is so delicius and prices of food and drinks in the restaurant are by far the lowest on the island. The view from this resort is amazing. The water is crystal clear and the sand on the beach is so white and soft, highly recommend to stay in here. One of the best beach at Koh Kood. If your mattress is too hard, just turn it over :)

Great location, few metres from really nice white sand Beach.

Only one washing machine workable for whole resort, our bungalow has broken one window, which was unpleasant, especially due to large amount of all Kind of lizzards and insect, which is living around. We had to full the space by towel. Also, 5% fee charge when paying by CC is too much, we could understand 2-3%, but 5 is unacceptable we Havent experienced anywhere else!
