Very good

Convenient and a hipe!

Decoration and atmosphere in general. This is the kind of place where every detail has been well thought in advance by a judicious architect, everything is there for a reason to make you feel you're truly traveling in style. There's also a bar in the rooftop which, in spite of not having any views, is very nice decorated, spacious, conducive to chilling out and adopting a proper laid back holiday attitude. Also, the size of the room is ultra generous compared to offerings of the same price and range. Crew is young, fresh, attentive and obliging. The bed is simply a dream, the amenities are super high quality, and everything smells delicious from the very start. But the CRITICAL factor here is location. Location is everything here. You're literally 50 meters away from Geneve's largest bridge connecting the two sides of the city (divided by a short streek of Lake Lehman), and to the opposite side, you're 2 blocks away from Geneve's charming old time, Geneve's Opera House is a 5 min walk, and as I said before, the entrance is actually within a shopping mall located in the high fashion and high end luxury city district! You can't have it all, but at Ruby you're as close to having it all as possible.

+ No views from the room as the hotel is located inside the block (entrance is actually via a shopping mall). This is not an issue per se and I didn't find anything different than what I had booked for, it's just, depending on your personal preferences, if you celebrate a view or if a view is important to you, this is something you'll hardly find here as the property seems to be surrounded by other bulding (or make sure to book a room with a view if these are on offer). + No hot tub water during one of the stay days, but quickly solved the day after.

Lovely!

Clean, modern and in a great location.

The hot water at the tea/coffee station was not boiling, and only cream available. Though we probably couldve asked at the bar for milk had we been that bothered.

Comfortable bed, nice shower and rude staff

Clean room, comfortable bed, amazing shower and lovely cosmetics.

The blinds can't be opened, so no natural day light. The hotel was difficult to find. I received an email about our free Transport Cards, however the link to load the cards was not existing. I mentioned this during check in and the girl at reception told us that it happens and she will resend the email after check in. She was rude, definitely not welcoming and not smiling. After an hour we still didn't have any email so we went back to reception. This time we spoke to another receptionist, a boy, who was polite and helpful. He sorted out the issue with the cards. The night lamps are too bright so you have to choose between sleeping in a pitch-dark room or a too bright room.

Disappointing

Small, cold, noisy and not very comfortable.

The bar area was nice

The room was tiny and freezing cold, far too small for two people. It was noisy at night, I was kept awake with noises that sounded like general plumbing sounds and other rooms opening blinds. No coffee in rooms was also very disappointing.

Very good

I really enjoyed it! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Comfortable bed. Modern facilities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal for getting to the old town and exploring. Getting the bus from this location was super easy.

I didnt find the galley useful as the boiling water tap didnt work well so we couldnt make hot drinks
