Waste of money

I like the location; it was situated on the Hip Strip. Therefore, most things and clubs were within walking distance.

This was my second time at this hotel; the first was years ago, maybe five or more. Unfortunately, the hotel is in a run-down state, desperately needing deep maintenance. Our bathroom shower flooded the room each time we used it, and towels were never available, forcing us to swim and air dry. The food options were extremely limited. The property overall requires maintenance; there are leaks in the roof, caution tape closing off sections, and dirty lounge chairs, among other issues.

The location was fine.

There needs to be a wider variety of food. Caribbean vacation is to eat and have fun. The food was boring. How do you ran out of food at a hotel!! Not good at all.

This Hotel has great food, staff, and location and is 2.5 - 3 star facility.

The Food, the Staff, and activities were amazing. The location was everything.

The Beds were hard and twin size. The rooms not very clean. I had to walk in the room with my shoes on

There was no hot water the shower door wouldn't open .the floor was slippery almost fell went part way down .we did not stay checked out on the 25th. Hotel was not safe they charged me for 2 nights so booking .com owes me 500.00 dollops I could not stay there please respond to this message. Ok stay but I wouldn't return

The room, the beach, the food (albeit cold sometimes) and the coffee bar.

There was no hot water for almost an entire day. The food was cold most times and lacked variety. The evening entertainment was good but like the food, it also lacked variety. The staff at check in did not inform me of the mandatory late check out fee of US$ 28 per person. I was only informed sometime after I was to have checked out, I wouldn't have had an issue either way. My issue with this was the fact that I wasn't informed of this while I was checking in. Overall my stay was ok but I wouldn't return just because of the lack of good customer service.

The location is center and walking distance to the strip.

The resort had one restaurant, although shared with next door Decameron, challenging to make reservations. Shower water pressure low, and I was on the 2nd floor. Minimum hot water in the morning.
