    Great location for all amenities and pets are welcome. Nice powerful shower. Washing machine!, fridge freezer and microwave. Balcony overlooking beach and pool. The hosts dropped off a one ring electric hot plate and an oven after check-in. They were flexible with the time.
    The apartment is advertised as a one bedroom apartment, but it is a studio apartment. The kitchen/cooking facilities were not as expected with very little worktop space. There was only one large saucepan for cooking and no additional items to use for the microwave and limited cutlery. Not suitable for UK style of cooking.

    The location was amazing and the facilities was enjoyable, the room could get some more improvements but over all it was a lovely stay if it wasn't short due to the check in and out scheme.
    minor issues in the toilet like yellow water from the water heater and no water stopper in the bathtub. the check in and out time is not reasonable as it should be check in starting 12 PM and check out at 12 PM not before that as it is less than 24 hours stay.

    Feel very ripped off
    Location was good - near to beach, cafes and mall.
    I booked this apartment for 2x work colleagues as it was near to work and also near to my apartment for ease of picking them up for work and the airport drop off at the end of their stay. I was messaged before to say that someone would be there to meet us to check us in and to just let them know what time we would be there. I let them know what time my colleagues would be arriving, was messaged back to say this was fine, then received a message when they were due to meet saying that the apartment was open so to go in and someone would meet later to sort out payment. Booked for 2 guests so needed the bed and sofa bed, the sofa bed wasn't set up, my colleagues had to wait until gone 9pm for bedding to be dropped off. I paid more for the apartment to have a 2 person occupancy rather than 1 - it should have been set up beforehand. We were out having dinner when they came to take payment and drop off bedding, so we had to be available again at 8am the following morning for payment to come and be collected. Their card machine wasn't working so my colleague had to pay cash (luckily he had some on him) and I had to reimburse him later in the day when I met him. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE. After all the effort and waiting for bedding to show up the sofa bed was opened and it had what appeared to be several cockroach families living inside of it. Every time you turned on a light in an area/room that was dark you would see cockroaches scatter and hide. One of my two colleagues that I had booked for ended up coming to sleep on my sofa in my apartment because he couldn't bear to sleep there.
