Superb

A calm and nice hotel.

We were in the suit. The room was spacious and the 2 beds on the opposite side.

I always choose hotel with a parking and I was informed the day previous our arrival that we had to book a place... It was too late, then we had to park in a private city paking.

Amazing place, very kind staff

Very good facilities and an awesome staff. Anna was very kind with me and my family, gave us a lot of attention and helped us with information. (Also gave the kids some goodies :))

Breakfast is good, but have the opportunity to improve.

Passable

it's very expensive for being a 4-star hotel. The breakfast is very poor, and they don't even provide a toothbrush in the bathroom. Also, it's not centrally located.

Superb

Great place to stay for your Bruges visit

Great location (walking distance to the historic city center) and we had a room with canal view which was nice. The room was exactly as pictured, beds were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly and always willing to help or answer any questions. We booked their garage (as we arrived by car) which is some 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall great place to stay if you want to see Bruges attractions

Disappointing

Overpriced stay in a 4 star hotel that is not really one

Location.

Hotel is dated. Noise insulation is poor and each room have communicating doors with the room next door, meaning you hear EVERYTHING from the other guests. We have been woken up several times each night and the personnel was not particularly helpful.
