Loved the decor, really clean, comfy bed, staff lovely, location excellent, reasonably priced.

No bathroom privacy very funky door but doesn't meet the floor or ceiling. Not a fan of using the toilet 2 feet away from other people effectively in the same room... Loved the muted lighting but would've liked a bright, main light option as it wasn't too practical if I wanted to actually see things.

Disappointing

The room was dark with a weird layout and lack of privacy. The terrace was good.

The location of the hotel is great. The roof terrace is fantastic, it has an indoor and outdoor area, so is great for summer and winter.

The room was very dark and with a weird layout including steps which are not convenient when going to the bathroom in the dark. The bathroom had little privacy, it is an open plan and only the toilet has a snowed glass door that doesn't conceal as much as it should. There was construction going on next door and the noises woke me up at 8am which is not great when you are on holidays. The cleaners were also noisy in the hall early in the morning.

Best xmas ever

Probably one of the best locations to stay in at madrid The view on the gran via from the suite was nice Everything was clean, the cleaning was done at our convenience also the rooftop has a good view on the main avenue

One bad thing was the noice from the construction works nearby
