Good

Location was good!

Child bad very thin if he rolled during sleep he would fall! Window isolation very thin and cheap, you could hear all what was going on outside. Elevator very small. Breakfast missing proteins very limited cooked protein like eggs. You had to pay additionally if you wanted eggs. Staff at reception not very welcoming, agresive and rude.

Close to attractions and the train station. Kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good especially the breakfast cake!

Beds were a little hard. Furnishings were a little dated.

Nice hotel near train station & 15-minute walk to center. Id rate it a 7.5

Great room, comfortable and well-appointed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Free pass to a nice fitness studio nearby. Charming, cozy decor throughout.

Its overrated for what it is. Not a 4-star superior hotel in my experience. Spa costs 70 extra and is pretty simple. Normally for this level hotel you dont have to pay for the spa. Hotel advertises a swimming pool but it is a jacuzzi.

Enjoyed the stay

the breakfast was limited compared to other hotels, no eggs prepared the way you like, the only option was scrambled eggs.

i think the breakfast was my only disappointment.

Lovely staff, lovely location, hotel not as lovely as I hoped

The location is amazing, the staff incredible. The breakfasts were delicious!

I'm afraid I had to cut my stay there short and change hotels mid-way through my stay. I am a solo-traveller and booked one of their single rooms. The room was tiny. The window was barely a window - I missed the natural light! I was on the ground floor and it was extremely loud throughout the night (that was the main reason I wanted to change hotels - I wanted a quiet night's sleep!). My main issue was with the toilet flush - it stopped working. It was 'fixed' but the issue was with the outer bit of the flush. When I tried to use it again, the whole thing fell off. I put it back on but it was so annoying. This shouldn't happen in any room.
