Highly recommended hotel

We loved the location, the room, the views from the room, and the gardens that were on the water. We enjoyed the fact that there was a small kitchen and we could eat all together. The room was cleaned and comfortable with new updated furniture. The pool was lovely, and the kids enjoyed it. All together, highly recommended....

Wifi was not strong... and was constantly disconnecting.

Wish we had half and half creamers rather than the powder.

Centrally located and nice view and clean.

Ran out of toilet paper. Had to get housekeeper. No one checked room daily if we needed more coffee or extra towels etc. we had to ask for it.

Disappointing

I will not be back.

The bed was comfortable.

We're seniors traveling for Thanksgiving week. Resort staff were not accommodating when we asked for an update or to be placed in an area where the family of 6 that the resort staff placed in the room on the second floor, directly over our head could no longer disturb our sleep.
