A beautiful place to stay to take in all that Savannah has to offer!
The property was amazing and looked to have so much history behind it.
We loved how close that it is to the river and were able to access River Street right from the hotel. That made it so convenient!

This was an interesting, historic hotel, very expensive, but with an excellent location.
Location, free bottled waters, treats etc. in the lobby, ambiance
The hotel had a small area for a wine reception in the evenings, but it was very crowded and selections were not the best. The floors in my room stayed dirty the whole time, even though we had maid service daily.

Overall it was ok
Location was convenient. Our room was nice and we had a pretty descent view. The cocktail hour was good.The guy (reddish hair) was great. Had cocoa and snack at the desk that was well appreciated. We arrived after dark and we had the best bellman by the name of Stephen. Super helpful.
The front desk help was a little lost and not very helpful.WiFi was nonexistent. Never was able in the two nights we stayed there to get on the internet. We had six key cards in a two night stay. They just wouldnt work. It took us 20 minutes to get a bellman to come get our luggage when we were leaving. He also dropped one of the gifts that we had and busted the box.

An interesting place but I wouldn't stay there again...especially at the price per night
Loved the old building. Stairway is mesmerizing. Room furniture was ole timey. Can't beat the location
We had no internet in the room when I wanted to look up the area. it was easier to just go find things so I didn't bring it up to the desk. Was down for an anniversary and asked if there was anything they could do prior to arrival via e-mail. Got nothing. More disappointed than upset.

Would stay again, not riverfront above stores
Accomodations were nice and enjoyed it being an older building as opposed to shiny and new. Staff were exceptional. Loved different treats laid out in lobby along some type beverage. Location perfect.
Room was riverfront which we enjoyed however will not stay riverfront again after waking uparound 530 to 6 each morning with delivery trucks. Also not Inns fault but construction right outside our window. Maybe place guests as far away as possible unless inn is full .

Great location, friendly staff, clean room and good bathroom.
Internet did not work in our room. Very disappointing and made it really hard to keep up with work. Staff contacted service but no one fixed it.

Great location, friendly staff, but probably slightly overpriced in my opinion for what you get.
Location was awesome!
It was noisy at night but we were right on river street so that probably comes with the territory.
