A lovely stay on the Grand Canal, a few quirky issues with the room but otherwise a very pleasant experience.

The location was exceptional! Staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Some funny issues with the room. Like one light that could not be turned on, and another that could not be turned off! The room was pleasant enough but seemed rather shoddily put together.

Excellent Location and staff very super friendly. There was a good breakfast with lots to choose from

had some issues regarding having to prepay for 1 night in advance which was not part of the terms under the booking.com contract

Hi, my name is Ann. I checked into this hotel last week, the localization is excellent, prettiest view, inside the hotel is beautiful, basically clean and corresponds to 3 stars, the staff is helpful and great, except for one person. There is a Moldovan guy working at the front desk of this hotel, who from the beginning started trying to get to know me better, asking for social media and after requests and refusals I gave in and gave him my Instagram. At first when he texted me, he seemed normal to me, but then, he started asking me weird questions, after I had already checked out of this hotel he started asking privacy questions and made intimate proposals. After that I get a picture from him of me in my underwear lying on the bed in my room, which he took without my knowledge from the balcony of the restaurant next to our room windows. I have all the proof of correspondence with him, also that photo. This is inappropriate behavior from service staff, I want all people to know, who works at this hotel, and that you, like me can be spied on by staff and photos taken from hiding, and then there's no telling where this photos might end up. As long as he works there, I can't recommend this hotel especially to girls. Thank you for your attention!

Great stay, we would stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great location! Hotel room was clean, and comfortable. It was a small room, but we expected that when booking and we had no issues as we didnt spend much time in there. The breakfast was fabulous and convenient to have before we went out for the day. Staff was super friendly and offered great recommendations.
