Great place, not so great recommendations!

The property was great, it felt like staying as part of the family which was nice and the breakfast was brilliant too.

It was a bit of a way from the local action but thats not the end of the world. The downside was the property recommendation for a bus journey to Laos was absolutely awful. No communication from the bus company and they left us on the side of the road in the dark and said we need to wait for another bus. I know this isnt a reflection on the property directly but it was their recommendation and I felt it did affect the overall quality of the stay with them. That said the actual property was nice

Except for some ants (paharao ants) it was absolutely gorgeous. Quiet place and friendly forthcoming staff. I enjoyed it

Run by a very nice host in a quiet neighbourhood of the Hoi An city. The place is surrounded by rice fields, the beach is in a very comfortable biking distance. Top banana pancakes!

Made to feel very welcome. Let us check in early, good food, try the banana pancakes and hot milk. Clean and comfy room. Safe parking for motorbikes at night. Quiet and a just a short drive to the centre.

good value for money.

good price, good value for money. the room was comfortable and using the free bicycles was super useful and appreciated.

the room could use a bit more cleaning overall. the fan is so dusty, the bathroom drain had hair stuck in it from previous guest. the room is lovely and comfortable, but there is a need for a better observation of details.

Very comfortable space to be, Id recommend

It was lovely room Nice couple to host Breakfast room service was great, only 50 extra Free bicycles to get around (15 min cycle to the beach, 25 min cycle to the old city) Motorbike available to use but we didnt want

Location is a bit out of the way Water moat out the back is loud outside of our bedroom
