    Enjoyed the quality and relaxing atmosphere at the hotel and pool area. It was really a great find
    Room was very good with excellent view and lovely sound of the sea when balcony door was open.Very quiet and no disturbance. Excellent buffet breakfast with wide choice.

    An enjoyable stay.
    Our room was lovely, very comfortable and good air con. Breakfast was very nice and a good selection. The staff were very nice and very helpful.

    Excellent location just on the beach but also a with very good pool, great rooms, easy parking, very good breakfast. Very clean and very helpful staff. A really good quality hotel. Not at all cheap but you get quality for your money and we would certainly stay here again.
    Nothing to complain about. Room cleaning was very thorough but often a bit later than ideal especially if you wanted a siesta after going to swim.

    Location would be great except for the tacky places which are now all around the hotel. Such a shame.
    Although it was clearly a luxury hotel at one time, it seems to be rated on its history rather than its current setup. It is more 4* at best, not 5* sadly. The spa area is in need of refurbishment. Services can be inconsistent and sometimes done begrudgingly, although some staff are delightful. Not sure where the issues lie but perhaps the hotel needs to invest and up its game if it wants to be 5* and charge high rates for accommodation, food and drinks.

    No basic facility in room for a 5 star hotel No electric kettle or an iron which we expect from a hotel at this price.

    Average experience, a bit far from my expectations
    The restaurant staff are friendly and the food tastes good
    The room is small, the facilities are outdated, and the room smells very heavy when you first enter the room.
