Good 2 night stay

The location and club facilities. It was a shame we did not get to play the west course but you cannot control Mother Nature.

The room was a little outdated and could do with a refresh in particular the bathroom.

Very good

Very well maintained gardens and lovely place to relax and walk around.

Rooms a little undated compared to the complex itself, although the gardens and pool area and BBQ area was fabulous.

Wonderful

What a lovely place for familys to stay at. The garden area is secure enough for the kids to run around and enjoy. The pool area is big enough for everyone to enjoy. The club next door is wonderful for cafe food and coffee or ice creams or bistro meals and mini golf

Enjoyable stay overall

The proximity of the Club is great. Parking at your room makes it easy to transfer things from car.

The check in takes way too long, especially having competed the paperwork before arriving. The standard rooms are very tired and well overdue for renovation. Multiple maintenance issues (eg. Clumps of dirt coming out of air con, bathroom light doesnt work, leaves and dirt blow in under front door). The time has come to invest some cash into the rooms.

I would perhaps check the bathroom and WiFi before finalising checkin next time.

Good parking, ease of checkin and friendly staff. The restaurant had a good variety. The room was good, other than the bathroom.

The room (62) was too far away to pickup WiFi. There were very few guests so that was not the reason the WiFi would not load, or when it did the signal would not allow even email to open. The bathroom could do with a deep clean. The grouting has not had a decent scrub for a long time and there was spots of mould around the bottom of the shower.
