Breakfast was good and appreciated. Not having to buy an additional meal a day was good. However after staying at Residence Inn for 7 consecutive days the breakfast is too repetitive and not good after 3 days. I think it would be better to have more options and variety. In especially the way eggs are prepared, the eggs did not have salt and were scrambled every day. An omelet one day, scrambled the next, egg and tomato the following, etc, etc. Other than that the staff who help with breakfast are top notch! Veryy friendly and accommodating. Tables were cleaned immediately for the guests who would not clean after themselves.

Breakfast could have used more options. Preparing eggs in different ways so it doesn't get old for long stays. Scrambled one day, in a omelet the next, tomato and egg, etc. Different options in bread; croissants, french toast, pancakes, biscuits. Fruit; more fruit options there are so many on the road to Hana.

Very nice launching pad for Maui exploration.

very friendly and helpful staff. comfortable room.

Very limited bar. breakfast was basic. Wailea is very upscale. not as great for families. we are 5 people so hard to find accommodations for the 5th person.

Room was not cleaned for all three days. It takes > 30 min walk to the closest beach. Artificial plastic lawn.

very expensive hotel for what you get. for 5400 USD I would expect something extremely better. cheap things for very exp

location and supervisors.

carpet very dirty, out of 6 nights they the cleaning service only came twice; breakfast had plastic fork knife and plastic plate, no cut fruits. the valu for what i paid for this hotel is extremely expensive; 880 USD per night is ridiculously expensive for what I got! phone in the floor because my baby drop it and they never pick it up, this showed that the 2 days they came to make the room they actually did not clean. the options for eating were burger with chips in a box and pizza, very poor. I paid 5400 USD for the 6 day stay and I felt very dissatisfied for the value vs what I paid; cost-benefit is completely negative. supervisor listened to me and she was great and polite thought.

Very good

The view from the room was very relaxing! We were able to see the pool and the ocean in the distance. We had enough space in the room to unpack, relax, and having a kitchenette was very convenient. We spent a lot of time on the balcony during the sunset hour.

The breakfast was very simple and lacked variety. I'm not sure if this was due to Covid restrictions on what they could serve.
