Breakfast (a very good and generous), on the balcony. Nice hot shower

noise from outside (car alarm all night from a nearby building), which is outside of the hotel control

Highly recommended when staying in Lisbon

The location was perfect. Right across the venue where our concert was! Busses and metro at the street in front of the door going to the city. Train to Sintra etc 4 min walk. The kindest personel! Ana and Manuel made us feel at home

Maybe the only thing some other guests coming home in the middle of the night making so much noice they woke everyone up with their talking, laughing and slamming the doors

Amazing place to stay and very convenient

Everything was amazing. The staff, location is great because an airpot bus stop here, also the train is on the corner, good breakfast with eggs, delicious croissants coffee orange juice, cereal and fruit. I stayed in 2 different bedrooms which I like, the shared bathrooms are very clean. I definitely would stay here again
