Disappointing

unacceptable service from the room service team extremely long to get the food (more than 1 hour), the staff took more than 30 minutes to tell us our choice was unavailable and then, the food arrived cold. We had to send it back. My partner and I had to eat separately. Our evening was ruined.

Pillow is very lousy. toilet should come with few more hooks. breakfast area is just too small, always get kick by people passing by Lift very slow Limited room service menu

Disappointing

it was just ok

Pool was nice, shower pressure was ok rooms was as usual, nothing outstanding.

Came at 3:30pm, and room still not ready. Room was ready at 4;45Pm, after multiple times of chasing the hotel staff. There was a chinese guy with glasses that helped out the most, and made sure we got our rooms fast. he also help us request for late checkout the next day.

The mini waterpark and playground within the hotel was awesome! The kids had so much fun and the attentive staffs!

The facilities such as swimming pools & playground

Hope can improve with check in service with high occupancy on school holiday i have to wait for room available for about 3 hours and im with infant. But your front desk staff have try their best to make sure everything is ok for me..
