Exceptional

Customer service was amazing! This was a great location to escape from the hustling cities and stay. Great for day trips to surrounding cities like Florence, Bologna, Pisa, etc. Little town within walking distance for a great meal! Everything was so good. & the views!!!!!!

The hotel itself is amazing! Fantastic staff, receptionist and waiter Lio were really amazing!

Dinner is not what I expect to get when I visit Tuscany. Too much gourmet style when I prefer to eat local food cooked in an easier way. In my opinion at the end of the day is a bit expensive for a weekend only (considering gasoline, dinner, happy hour)

Lovely accommodation in the middle of a olive plantation. The view from the room was great and we had a lovely time there. Check-in process was simple and breakfast had a good selection.

Highly recommended, exclusive place

Highly recommended, exclusive place. Great villa to feel the true Tuscany experience. You can have wine tasting and fine dining experience. The rooms are really comfortable and very clean. Enjoyed the amazing view, surroundings, swimming pool and the silence.

The breakfast is pretty simple for such an exclusivist location.

Views were amazing, staff was accommodating, restaurant and breakfast was delicious, wine/olive oil tour was fun

The mattresses were very thin and you could feel springs when you lie down, not very comfortable. Also the booking and website said bikes would be available but there were no bikes/e-bikes/Vespa scooters or anything like that available at all.

Beautiful Villas and Excellent Stay

This was a fantastic Villa. Everyone on staff were very friendly and helpful. the grounds are beautiful and the location to town and Florence was very close. Our room was excellent with a very large bathroom. I cannot say enough great things about this stay. The Diadema wine bar & restaurant was also excellent. We ate there for every meal for 3 days. The staff were so kind and friendly as well. Food was excellent. The best food we had when traveling through Italy. I definitely would recommend this location and we will probably stay there again when we visit Italy.

Great place to relax and amazing wine.

The property is beautiful and view is stunning. The waiter at the restaurant Leo was AMAZING and very kids friendly and service minded. The food for lunch and dinner is very very good.

Our room/suite was not 100% clean which we made the staff aware of. The compensated that in a good way. The breakfast is very poor and not at all at the level of lunch and dinner.

This estate has potential. The room itself was ok, but overpriced. Location also is decent: however

Resturant staff has lacking management, wich makes this estate not a worthy visit. We didnt feel welcome at all by the resturant. Theres a friendly bartender, also a girl serviteur. The older woman had a evil vibe, chef makes dishes out of rest-parts of meat for money saving. Did not taste well. Not allowed to bring drinks or snacks to the pool. Dirty pool full of chlorine, bugs. We tried the breakfust, but it was not a pleasent sight. After reading other reviews beforehand we bought however backup and went for a picnic instead
