Disappointing

The resort & rooms are beautiful

It's not a happy resort, not much to there, police was there 4 out of 5 days stay, ambulance once, fire alarms went of 2 times late at night, it was a resort we would never visit again. When we arrived at check-in, it was like we done an induction for nearly 30 minutes then they sign you up to listen to a presentation about the company & timeshare if you do that you get $100 credit, that's another of time wasted of your holiday

The pool.

Booked a room with 3 beds.got 2 beds.Got 2hrs sleep then alarms went off.I wouldn't pay $130 for the room I paid $275.We decided to stay because we had no power & water.felt totally disappointed & ripped off.

Wyndham really? Why are you doing that... Be aware of staff trying to sell you a membership for club wyndham for a lot of money. My recommendation either decline straight away at check in or go through the 90 minutes selling event. It gives you a free little breakfast, 100$ voucher for the hotel and 15% off for anything you buy during your stay. It is quite funny to see them presenting wild numbers with thousands of dollars you can save. But just take some time and recalculate everything including the yearly fee nobody is mentioning to you in their calculations and the lack of availability. . You'll quickly figure out that it will never ever be worth it. They want you to buy rewards credits for 3,49$ each. But once you have them they have a rough value of 0.09$ plus you have to pay a minimum of 1200$ a year for in average 7 nights a year. Good luck with it. Take the 100$, 15%, the free breakfast and then go enjoy yourself. Maybe waste a little bit of your time but don't waste your money! And wyndham please stop that scam!

Best resort I have ever stayed at

Pool bar was sensational, staff were the friendliest ever, the pricing was great especially happy hour, 2 coronas for $12, can't beat that and the location was great, not right in town but close enough, the rooms were tip top, clean and serviced everyday which is something you don't usually get, it's definitely a high 4 star resort. I'll so be back again. The rainforest and rustic look felt like you were living in the actual rainforest, especially when the tropical rains started. A+ from me......Keep up the good work

Unexpected luxury

I did not expect this hotel to look so amazing from the foyer all the way down to the pool my family and I joist walked with mouths wide open. Absolutely fantastic setting. Everything is clean and spotless. We live up here and we dont know how they keep it so clean. This is the first time in 6 years of traveling with kids that my husband doesnt wake up with a back pain. The bed was amazing. Its great to see a far north property being taken care so well. It exceeded all our expectations and made my husbands 40th birthday PERFECT

Its hard to fault this place. I could say the bathrooms are a bit dated but thats it

Rainforest feel right on the beach , gr8 friendly service.. met all expectations & more !!

Arrived early and our room was free to go in .. that was amazing , staff were friendly and very helpful, beautiful rainforest feel, asked for quiet room and it most definitely was .. couldnt have met our expectations any higher .. room was beautiful and lovely view out to the pool & rainforest, bathroom has washer and dryer with a nice hot shower.. perfect

Nil .. 10/10 all round for this stay !
